The Story
From the Dimtu station in Ethiopia's Guji zone, grown at 2150 meters. Heirloom varieties, natural process: the cherries dry whole in the sun, feeding the beans all that fruit. Rose and grape aromatics, orange brightness, then a spiced caramel and chocolate base that makes it shine under pressure. Medium roast from Blend Coffee Roasters, pulled as espresso and glorious in milk drinks.
