Our Specialty Coffee Selection
Single-origin coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and República Dominicana, roasted by Blend Coffee Roasters in Tenerife. Each coffee is dialed in for espresso or filter. Available by the cup — and most as beans to take home (a few rare filter lots stay exclusive to the brew bar).

We opened Yūgen to share our passion for specialty coffee in Adeje. There are amazing roasters on this island, and incredible coffees coming from Central and South America. We wanted to bring those two things together in a space that feels right.
