Produced by Nestor Lasso at Finca El Diviso in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1750-1800 meters. Típica Mejorada varietal, innovative washed process with thermal shock fermentation. This is a vibrant, elegant cup — jasmine, rose, lavender, ripe tropical fruit, sweet spices. The thermal shock fermentation adds incredible complexity while keeping the cup juicy and well-balanced. Light roast from Blend Coffee Roasters, best enjoyed as V60 or Chemex to appreciate the full floral and fruit complexity.
