Grown in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia between 1300 and 1900 meters. Caturra varietal with anaerobic natural processing — the cherries ferment in sealed, oxygen-free tanks, which is where that unmistakable strawberry-ice-cream character comes from. Honey and vanilla sweetness, a cacao-nib finish, genuinely complex cup. Medium-light roast from Blend Coffee Roasters, best as V60 or Chemex.
