The Story

Grown between 1098 and 1534 meters by smallholder farmers around Ywangan in Myanmar's Shan State, this washed Catuaí is our new espresso. Blend Coffee Roasters gives it an omni roast here on the island, so it pulls as espresso and holds its own as filter. It scored 85.2 SCA. In the cup: fruity and silky, green tea and cane sugar.
