The Story

Grown by Eddy Lopez at Finca La Gardenia in Huehuetenango, Guatemala at 1600-1700 meters. Geisha varietal, Natural Anaeróbico process. This is an elegant cup — raspberry, jasmine, tea-like qualities, plum. The anaerobic fermentation adds depth and complexity while maintaining Geisha's signature delicacy. Light roast from Blend Coffee Roasters, best enjoyed as V60 or Chemex to appreciate the full range of flavors.
